04 Certified Flight Instructor

Requirements:

• A commercial pilot license and instrument rating.

• Minimum 250 hours total time.

• Pass the Appropriate FAA Knowledge Exams

Duration:

• Timing depends on your flying and meeting schedule.

Additional Information: 

• A Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI) is authorized to instruct      students and pilots for their Sport, Recreational, Private, Commercial Pilot and ATP certificates.

• The training involves learning the Fundamentals of Instruction,      refining your piloting skills from the right seat of the aircraft, and      learning how to provide excellent ground and flight instruction.
